These steps are for the web app. For the phone, see Use skills on the phone.
- In a chat, type / at the start of your message.
- A list shows the skills turned on in this workspace, with each one's name and description. Keep typing to narrow it, for example /deal.
- Select a skill, or use the arrow keys and press Enter or Tab. The composer now starts with the skill's word, for example /deal-brief.
- Write the rest of your message after it, for example /deal-brief Northwind Traders, call at 3pm, and send it.
Press Escape to close the list without choosing.
If the list says no skills are turned on, add some in Customization → Skills. See Find, try and add skills.
See which skill a reply used
A reply that used a skill shows a Using chip above it, for example Using Deal brief. This is the same whether you chose the skill with "/" or Bluedeer picked it by itself. The chip stays when you open the chat again. Select it to open the skill.
If you choose a skill that was turned off or removed since, the reply says it is no longer available and answers without it.
