A template is a ready-made live page, such as Stripe revenue or Sentry error watch. Bluedeer shows your live pages and the templates in the workspace you have selected. Read How do live pages work? for what a live page can do.
These steps are for the web app. The phone steps are at the end.
Open Pages
In the sidebar, select Pages. It sits under More until you pin it: select the pin button on that row (Pin Pages to the sidebar) to keep it in the sidebar.
- With no pages yet, Pages shows template previews in a grid that fits your screen. Select one to open that template.
- With some pages, select Templates at the top right to open the template gallery.
Use a template
Each template card says what its page shows, and lists every connector it needs with its own button:
- Connect opens that connector's sign-in.
- Sign in again appears when a connector's sign-in has expired.
- Open its settings appears when the connector doesn't offer a tool the page needs.
Tools that ask first are fine. When you open the new page, it asks you once to allow everything it uses, just for that page. Read How do live pages work?.
The card counts what is missing, such as Needs all 3: 2 to go, and lists each connector with its own button. When everything is ready, select Create. Bluedeer makes the page, puts it in a project if you chose one, and opens it. Pages you make from a template are private to you. Their buttons, such as Resolve in Sentry error watch or Save review to Notion, always show when the connector has that tool.
Some connectors' data loads when you select Load on the page. Others refresh on their own.
Suggested templates
After you connect a service, Bluedeer may suggest a template built on it, such as You connected Stripe. Try Stripe revenue.
On the phone
On Home, the LIVE DATA section always shows.
- With no pages, it shows template previews. Scroll them sideways and tap one to open that template.
- With pages, it shows the newest three. Tap one to open its page. Tap Live pages to see all of them.
- Tap Templates at the top right to open the gallery. It works the same as on the web.
- Opening a page that needs something shows the same dialog as on the web, with Don't ask on this page. Connecting an app from it happens in the app.
