You add funds for extra usage on the web, at bluedeer.ai. Payment goes through Stripe, the payment service Bluedeer uses for web plans.
Add funds
- Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar and select Manage workspace.
- Select Extra usage.
- Under Add funds, choose $10, $25, $50 or $100, or type another whole amount from $10 to $500.
- Select Add. Stripe's payment page opens.
- Pay. You come back to Extra usage, and the new balance shows there.
For a shared workspace, open its Workspace page, select Settings, then Extra usage. Only the workspace's owner and admins add funds for it.
Pay with referral money
If you have referral money, tick Use my referral money before you select Add. It pays for as much of the amount as it covers. If it covers all of it, nothing is charged and the balance goes up at once. If you leave Stripe's page without paying, the referral money comes back to you. Read Referrals and rewards.
Save the card for auto top-up
Tick Save the card for auto top-up to let Bluedeer buy more by itself when the balance runs low. Stripe keeps the card; Bluedeer never sees or stores card details. Read Auto top-up.
Tax and receipts
Tax is added where it applies, and Stripe's page shows it before you pay. Stripe emails a receipt. The purchase also appears under Purchases and gifts on the Extra usage tab.
Refunds
Extra usage doesn't expire, and Bluedeer doesn't refund it. If Stripe refunds a payment, in full or in part, or the bank disputes it, the extra usage that payment bought is taken back by the same share, as far as it is left. The part paid with referral money is never taken back. A disputed payment also turns auto top-up off. If Bluedeer wins the dispute, the extra usage taken back is given back.
Limits
You can buy up to $1,000 of extra usage a month, auto top-ups included. If you need more, write to support.
