How do I sign in to the Bluedeer app?

Explains the sign-in and sign-up options in the Bluedeer app, including Google, Apple, email verification, two-factor codes and password reset.

When you open the app and are not signed in, you see the sign-in screen. You can sign in with an email address and password, or with Google or Apple.

Sign in with email and password

  1. Enter your email address in the "EMAIL" field.
  2. Enter your password.
  3. Tap "Sign in".

If you forgot your password, tap "Forgot password?" under the password field and follow the steps on the screen.

Sign in with Google or Apple

Tap "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Apple". Google opens its own sign-in screen. Apple opens a browser sheet to finish signing in, and then returns you to the app.

Create an account

  1. Tap "Create one" under "No account yet?".
  2. Enter your full name, your email address and a password.
  3. If you have a referral code, tap "Have a referral code?" and enter it. This step is optional.
  4. Tap "Create account".
  5. On the "Verify Your Email" screen, enter the 6-digit code sent to your email address.

If your email address is not verified, the app opens the "Verify Your Email" screen when you sign in with your email and password. Enter the 6-digit code sent to you, then sign in again. If you sign in with Google or Apple, the app shows an "Email Not Verified" message instead. Verify the address, then try again.

Two-factor codes

If two-factor authentication is on for your account, the app shows "Confirm it's you" after your password. Enter the current code from your authenticator app.

To turn two-factor authentication on or off, go to Settings > Account > Profile & plan > Two-Factor Auth.
