The bottom bar has three tabs.
- Home shows your recent chats and tasks, and lets you start a new chat.
- Chat starts a new chat each time you tap it.
- Files shows your files and folders.
Home
The top left of Home shows your workspace name. Tap it to switch workspace. The button at the top right opens your account menu, with Notifications, Manage workspace and Settings. If you have unread notifications, the button shows the count.
On Home you can continue a recent chat, open See all tasks, or start a new chat.
Open the chat drawer
Open a chat and tap the menu button at the top left, labelled "Open conversations". You can also swipe in from the left edge of the screen.
The drawer lists your chats.
- Search: type in the "Search..." field.
- Filters: choose All, Today or Weekly.
- New chat: tap the + button.
- Chat actions: tap the more button next to a chat to Rename, Pin or Unpin, or Delete it. Deleting asks you to confirm first.
- Older chats: tap the "Older" heading to collapse or expand the section.
The bottom of the drawer shows your name, your email address and your plan. The gear icon opens Settings.
Files
The Files tab shows the folder you are in, with the path at the top. Use Upload to add a file or New folder to make a folder. The search field filters the current folder. Press and hold a file to select it. When files are selected, a bar shows the selection count with buttons to download, move or delete them. The people button, which manages access, appears when you select one item you can manage. Tap a file to preview it.
Start a temporary chat
In a chat, the button at the top right starts a temporary chat. A temporary chat is not kept in your history. If you leave it, for example by opening another chat or going back to Home, the app asks you to confirm with Stay or Leave. Switching apps or locking your phone does not end it. A temporary chat also ends on its own after 24 hours.
