How do I disconnect a service?

Disconnect a built-in service from Connected accounts on the web, or from the Integrations screen on the phone.

Disconnecting removes your saved sign-in for a built-in service in one workspace. Other workspaces and other members are not affected.

On the web

  1. Select More, then Customization, and open the Connectors tab.
  2. In Connected accounts, find the service and select Disconnect.
  3. Confirm by selecting Disconnect in the dialog.

The dialog warns that chats and tasks that use the service stop working until it is connected again.

On the phone

  1. Open Manage workspace, then Integrations.
  2. Tap the connected service.
  3. Select Disconnect in the alert. Select Keep connected to stop.

You can connect the service again from a card in chat.

Turning a service off for a team

In a team, an owner or admin can turn a service off in the Integrations screen on the phone. The screen warns that turning a service off blocks new connections, tools and scheduled use immediately. If people are connected, the phone lists them and asks you to confirm. Their saved credentials are removed, and each person must reconnect if the service is turned on again.

Custom connectors

Custom connectors are not disconnected this way. To stop using one, turn it off or remove it. Read Manage a custom connector's tools.
