Where results arrive
When a task run finishes and the task is set to notify you, the result is posted as a message in the chat where you created the task. The task also adds an item to the Inbox.
Two settings on the task control this. See How do I run, pause, edit or cancel a task?
- Completion notifications choose when a successful run notifies you. Always notifies you every time. On change notifies you on the first run, and afterwards only when Bluedeer decides the result has changed. Never turns these notices off.
- Notify on failure sends a notice when a run fails.
The Inbox
Click Inbox in the sidebar. The page has three groups:
- Needs you: items that need your attention, such as a task that failed or reached its limit.
- Task results: finished runs, labelled Task result, Task failed or Task limit reached.
- Notices: team notices and invitations to join a team.
A run that has started shows the note "Started. The result will arrive here."
When nothing is waiting, the Inbox says "You're all caught up." The sidebar shows how many items are unread next to Inbox.
On the phone, the same items are in Notifications.
