A scheduled task is work that Bluedeer runs for you later, or again and again, without you starting it.
Create a task by asking
Scheduled tasks are created by asking Bluedeer in a chat. Describe what you want done and when, for example:
- "Every weekday at 8 am, check my calendar and list today's meetings."
- "On Friday at 5 pm, remind me to send the monthly report."
Bluedeer asks what it should do and when. The schedule can be a single time, or a pattern that repeats. Bluedeer then creates the task and shows it in the chat.
Plans
Scheduled tasks need the Pro plan or above. On the Free, Economy, or other plans below Pro, Bluedeer cannot create them.
Tools that ask first
Connector tools that are set to ask first do not run in scheduled tasks, because nobody is there to approve them. Built-in actions that normally show an approval card, such as sending an email, can run in a task without one, so describe the task's limits in its instructions. See What are action confirmations and approval cards?
Find your tasks
Click Tasks in the sidebar. Each task shows its name, its status and its next run. The statuses are Active, Paused, Completed, Failed and Cancelled. If you have no tasks yet, the page says "No tasks yet."
