Every account has a Personal workspace. A team workspace is a shared workspace for a group of people. Each workspace has its own chats, files, tasks, memory and connectors. Nothing moves between them. A chat in Personal does not appear in a team, and a team's chats do not appear in Personal.
| Personal | Team | |
|---|---|---|
| Who uses it | You | The owner, admins, members and viewers |
| Who pays | Your own plan | The team owner buys seats, and each member uses one |
| Who can see items | Only you | Each item's privacy setting decides. See Who can see team chats, files and projects |
| Where it is managed | Manage workspace | The team's Workspace page |
Switch between workspaces
- Select the workspace name at the top of the sidebar.
- Choose the workspace you want from the list. A check mark shows the one you are in.
Team addresses
Each team has an address. Its pages are part of the address, so a team called Acme with the address acme has its pages under bluedeer.ai/t/acme/. Choose the address when you create the team. See Create a team.
The Workspace page
A team has a Workspace page in the sidebar. It shows the sections your role allows: Overview, Members, Seats, Invites, Activity and Settings. Seats, Invites and Activity are for admins and the owner.
