Google Sheets
The assistant can:
- List your spreadsheets, get spreadsheet details, and search a sheet.
- Read a range, find the used range, and read a sheet by its name.
- Create a spreadsheet, add or rename a worksheet, duplicate a worksheet, and update cells.
- Append rows, sort a range, and export a sheet to CSV or to an Excel file.
- Import a file from your files into a sheet.
Deleting a worksheet, clearing a worksheet, moving a worksheet to another spreadsheet, and find and replace ask you first.
Google Docs
The assistant can:
- Create a document, and read its content.
- Insert text at a position in a document, or at the end.
Find and replace across a whole document asks you first. Inserting text runs right away.
Google Drive
The assistant can:
- List and search your files, and get details about a file.
- Download a file, upload a file, and create a folder.
- Move a file to the trash.
- Share a file with an email address, at reader or another permission level.
Moving a file to the trash and sharing a file run right away. Check the name of the file before you ask for either action.
