Open a plugin from Customization → Plugins to see its page.
Apps
Each app shows one of these:
- Connected. Nothing to do.
- Connect (or Sign in again). Opens the app's usual sign-in in a new tab. When you come back, the page updates.
- Needs Pro. Popular and custom connectors need Pro in a personal workspace.
- Turned off in this workspace. Ask an owner or admin to turn the app on in the workspace's integrations.
- Not in Bluedeer's list. An uploaded plugin named a connector Bluedeer doesn't know. Select Add as a custom connector and add it with the address shown.
Apps marked optional add more to the plugin's skills, but the skills work without them. A plugin shows Needs setup in Yours while an app it needs is not connected.
Every app still asks you the first time it changes something, exactly as before.
Suggested settings
A plugin can suggest stricter settings for its apps, such as Ask first before changing calendar events. They can only make Bluedeer ask more, never less.
When you add a plugin, Use suggested settings is ticked. You can also select Use suggested settings for one app, or Use all suggested settings, on the plugin's page later.
The settings are saved as ordinary Ask first rules in Settings → AI & Chat → Connector permissions, where you can see and change them. They apply to your account in every workspace, and they stay if you remove the plugin. A setting for an app you haven't connected yet is applied when you connect it.
Pages
Select Create page to make one of the plugin's live pages. It is disabled, with the reason, until the apps it needs are connected. Nothing is created until you select it.
Tasks
Select Set up task to open the new-task form filled in from the plugin's recipe, such as "Weekdays 8:00: today's meetings brief". Change anything, then select Save task. Nothing is scheduled until you save. Scheduled tasks need Pro.
