# See a workspace's activity

Where the owner and admins find the list of who changed what in a shared workspace, what it lists, and how to filter it.

**Activity** lists who changed what in a shared workspace, newest first. Each line says who did it and what they did, for example "Ada renamed the workspace from “Acme” to “Acme Labs”". It also shows a tag, such as **Members** or **Tasks**, and when it happened.

Only the owner and admins can see Activity. Members don't have it. An admin without a paid seat can still open it.

## Where to find it

- **On the web:** open the **Workspace** page in the sidebar, then select **Activity**.
- **On the phone:** open **Manage workspace**, go to the **Members** tab, and tap **Activity** under the list of members. If you are the owner or an admin, Home also shows the latest activity: tap **See all** next to **Recent activity** to open the full list.

## What it lists

Every line has one of these tags:

- **Members:** invitations sent, withdrawn, accepted or declined, roles changed, people removed or leaving, and ownership transferred.
- **Seats & billing:** seats added, given, moved or taken back, seat packs made bigger or smaller, and seats that ended because a pack wasn't paid. It also lists seat requests (someone asking for a seat or a higher one, changing or withdrawing their request, and the request being granted or turned down) and people who lost their seat and can now only view the workspace, for example "Sam lost their seat when the seat pack it belonged to ended and can now only view the workspace".
- **Projects:** projects created, changed or deleted, including who can see them.
- **Tasks:** scheduled tasks created, changed, paused, resumed, run now or cancelled, and actions a task may take on its own.
- **Files & sharing:** files uploaded, renamed, moved, deleted or saved as a new version, access given or removed, and changes to the workspace's sharing settings.
- **Memory:** saved memories edited or deleted.
- **Connectors:** connectors added, changed, turned on or off, or removed, and built-in integrations and custom connectors turned on or off for the workspace.
- **AI models:** the workspace's AI provider key added, replaced, removed or checked, and changes to its default model.
- **Security:** domains being verified, verified or removed.
- **Settings:** the workspace created, renamed or deleted, its logo changed, and changes to its notice settings.

Opening a file or a memory is not a change, so it isn't listed.

**You** means you. A person who left the workspace or was removed keeps their name in the list. Lines that no person caused, such as a seat that ended on its own, or a seat request granted by itself once seats were bought, start with **Bluedeer**. A line about someone losing their seat starts with that person's name.

## What you don't see

Activity respects who can see each item. A line about someone else's private item, or an item shared only with specific people, isn't shown to you at all, even if you are the owner. A line about an item shared with the whole workspace is shown, but it may leave out details such as the item's name. You always see lines about what you did yourself, and about items you created.

## Filter the list

Above the list, choose a tag to see only those lines, or **All** to see everything. If nothing matches, the list says "Nothing under" that tag "yet".

## How far back it goes

The list starts with the newest changes. At the bottom, select **Load older events** (on the phone, tap it) to see earlier ones. Keep going until the button no longer shows. There is no cut-off date. A new workspace shows "No activity yet." until something changes.

On the phone, pull the list down to refresh it.

## Open what a line is about

When a line is about a project, task, file or chat that still exists and that you can open, its name is highlighted.

- **On the web:** select the name to open it. Point at the time to see the exact date and time.
- **On the phone:** tap the line to open it.

Items that were deleted are named but can't be opened.
