Check your usage and what happens at a limit

Where to see how much you have used, and what Bluedeer does when a limit stops a reply.

Each plan has limits on how much you can use Bluedeer. The app shows how much you have used, not the limits themselves.

See your usage

On the web, for your personal workspace:

  1. Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar.
  2. Select Manage workspace.
  3. Select Usage.

The Usage tab shows what you have used today and this month.

For a team, open the team's Workspace page, select Settings, then select Usage. This shows what the team workspace has used. It does not show your personal plan.

When a limit stops a reply

If a limit is reached while Bluedeer is replying:

  • The reply stops. Any text that was already written stays in the chat.
  • The message says when the limit resets, when that time is known. It shows a time for a reset later today, or a date and time for a later reset.
  • If your own plan's limit stopped the reply, the message has an Upgrade plan button, which opens Plan & billing. A team's limit does not show this button. If you hold a team seat, the message asks you to contact the team owner or an admin.

To raise your personal limits, see Upgrade or change your plan.
