# Where to read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

Where the Bluedeer Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are, and what each one covers.

Bluedeer has two legal documents. Read the full text at the addresses below. This article is a summary. If the summary and the full text differ, the full text applies.

## Terms of Use

Read them at [bluedeer.ai/terms](https://bluedeer.ai/terms). The Terms are an agreement between you and Agentizer, LLC, the company that operates Bluedeer. They cover:

- Who can use Bluedeer, and what it means when you use it for an organization
- Your account and your responsibility for it
- AI output, which can be inaccurate, and your responsibility for actions you approve
- Your content. You keep ownership of it, and Bluedeer does not use it to train AI models.
- Acceptable use, integrations, and team workspaces
- Plans, subscriptions, renewal, cancellation and refunds
- Governing law, which is the State of Delaware, United States

The Terms were effective on October 6, 2026, and last updated on October 12, 2026.

## Privacy Policy

Read it at [bluedeer.ai/privacy](https://bluedeer.ai/privacy). It explains what information Bluedeer collects, how it is used, which service providers handle it, what team owners and admins can see, how long data is kept, how to delete your account, and your rights. It was effective and last updated on October 6, 2026.

## Apple App Store downloads

If you downloaded Bluedeer from the Apple App Store, section 14 of the Terms also applies. It explains that Apple is not responsible for the app.

For how your data is used with AI providers, read [How your data is used with AI providers](https://support.bluedeer.ai/privacy-and-legal/general/how-your-data-is-used-with-ai-providers.md).
