# How your data is used with AI providers

What Bluedeer sends to AI model providers when you chat, and what it does not use your content for, as the Privacy Policy describes.

When you send a message, the prompts you submit are sent to AI model providers so they can generate a response. Your prompts and any context you include are the data sent for this purpose.

The Privacy Policy lists the providers in section 4. Bluedeer routes model requests through OpenRouter, which sends each request to the provider that serves it. The provider can change as Bluedeer adjusts routing for performance, reliability and cost.

## Other providers

- **Voice messages:** recordings you create are sent to Deepgram to be transcribed into text.
- **Web search:** when the assistant searches the web, the search queries and the web addresses it reads are sent to TinyFish and Exa.

Each provider receives only the data needed for its function.

## What is not used for training

Bluedeer does not use your conversations, files, memories or voice recordings to train AI models, and does not use them for advertising. The Terms of Use say the same about training.

## How long data is kept

Your conversations, files and memories are kept while your account is active, until you delete them or delete your account. For how deletion works, see [Delete your account](https://support.bluedeer.ai/privacy-and-legal/general/delete-your-account.md).
