# Manage or cancel your subscription

Where to manage or cancel a subscription, depending on whether you bought it on the web, in the App Store or in Google Play.

You manage a subscription where you bought it.

| Where you bought it | Where you manage or cancel it |
| ----------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| The Bluedeer website (Stripe) | **Manage workspace**, then **Plan & billing**, then **Manage** |
| Apple App Store | Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, on your iPhone or iPad |
| Google Play | Play Store, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions |

## Cancel a web subscription

1. Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar, then select **Manage workspace**.
2. Select **Plan & billing**, then select **Manage**. The Stripe billing portal opens.
3. Cancel the plan in the billing portal.

A cancelled plan keeps its paid features until the end of the current billing period. After that, see [What happens when a subscription ends](https://support.bluedeer.ai/plans-and-billing/subscriptions/what-happens-when-a-subscription-ends.md).

## Invoices and payment methods

The Stripe billing portal is where you manage the payment methods and invoices for a web subscription. Open it with **Manage** from **Plan & billing**.

## App Store and Google Play

Deleting the Bluedeer app or your Bluedeer account does not cancel a store subscription. For an App Store subscription, turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

## Refunds and price changes

Except where the law or the app store's policy requires otherwise, payments are not refundable. Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases, and Google handles refunds for Google Play purchases. Bluedeer tells you before a price change applies to your subscription.
