# What can I change in Settings on the phone?

Lists the Account, AI & Chat and App settings in the Bluedeer app and where to find each one.

To open Settings, tap the account button at the top right of Home and then tap **Settings**. You can also tap the gear icon at the bottom of the chat drawer. Settings has three tabs: **Account**, **AI & Chat** and **App**.

## Account

Under **Profile & plan** you can:

- **Edit Profile** to change your name.
- **Change Password**.
- **Two-Factor Auth** to turn two-factor authentication on or off.
- **Subscription**, to see and change your plan. In a team workspace this row is called **Workspace plan**. See [upgrade and restore on the phone](https://support.bluedeer.ai/mobile/general/upgrade-and-restore-on-the-phone.md).

## AI & Chat

- **System prompt** shows whether you use the default or a custom prompt. Tap it to write your own instructions, then tap **Save**.
- **Action confirmations** let you choose when Bluedeer pauses before an external or destructive action. Access checks and provider permissions still apply.
- **Capabilities** describes **Web search** and **Scheduled tasks**.

## App

- **Notifications:** **Push Notifications**, and **Show running tasks** once push is on. See [notifications on the phone](https://support.bluedeer.ai/mobile/general/notifications-on-the-phone.md).
- **Appearance:** choose **System** or **Dark**. The **Light** option is shown but cannot be chosen. **High Contrast** is a switch.
- **Support:** **Report a Problem** sends a private diagnostic report. Write at least 10 characters describing the problem, then tap **Send Report**. **Support** opens the Bluedeer support page. **Privacy Policy** and **Terms of Use** open the policies on bluedeer.ai.
- **Account actions:** **Sign Out**, and **Delete Account**. Deleting the account is scheduled, not immediate. You are signed out, and the account is deleted after the grace period. The row says 30 days. Signing in again before then cancels the deletion.

On the Delete Account screen you type your account email to confirm. You cannot delete an account while you own a team; transfer or delete the team first. A Google Play or App Store subscription is not cancelled by deleting the account, so cancel it in the store as well.
- **About:** shows the app version.
