# Bluedeer > Bluedeer is an AI workspace for turning thoughts into useful work, returning to past conversations, and keeping context ready for what comes next. ## Public page - [Bluedeer](https://bluedeer.ai/): Product introduction and entry point for creating or signing in to a Bluedeer account. ## Legal and support - [Terms of Use](https://bluedeer.ai/terms): Terms for using Bluedeer, including subscriptions, auto-renewal, and cancellation. - [Privacy Policy](https://bluedeer.ai/privacy): What Bluedeer collects, which processors receive it, retention, and privacy rights. - [Support](https://bluedeer.ai/support): Help centre with articles about the web and mobile apps, connectors, plans and billing, team workspaces, and privacy, plus contact, subscription management, and account deletion. ## Help centre The help centre is at https://support.bluedeer.ai. Every page has a Markdown form: add `.md` to the end of the page's address, for example https://support.bluedeer.ai/connectors/general/what-is-a-connector.md, or request the page's address with the header `Accept: text/markdown`. The Markdown form starts with the page's title, then its summary and text, and its links point to Markdown forms too. The help centre's home page in Markdown is https://support.bluedeer.ai/index.md. Categories, with their Markdown addresses: - [Bluedeer](https://support.bluedeer.ai/bluedeer.md): Chats, files, projects, tasks, sharing and your account. - [Bluedeer mobile](https://support.bluedeer.ai/mobile.md): Install and use Bluedeer on Android and iOS. - [Connectors](https://support.bluedeer.ai/connectors.md): Connect Bluedeer to the apps and tools you already use. - [Plans and billing](https://support.bluedeer.ai/plans-and-billing.md): Plans, usage, subscriptions and payment. - [Team workspaces](https://support.bluedeer.ai/team.md): Shared workspaces: members, seats, roles and administration. - [Privacy and legal](https://support.bluedeer.ai/privacy-and-legal.md): How your data is handled and the terms that apply. ## Shared chats as Markdown A shared chat has a Markdown form. For a share link such as https://bluedeer.ai/share/, either add `.md` to the end (https://bluedeer.ai/share/.md), or request the share link with the header `Accept: text/markdown`. The Markdown has the chat's title, then each message under a `## User` or `## Bluedeer` heading. This works only for links that are public and still valid. A link limited to a workspace or to specific people answers 401 unless the reader is signed in as one of them. A link that has been revoked or has expired, a link to a file, and an unknown link answer 404 with no chat. Too many requests answer 429 with a Retry-After header. ## Product access The authenticated workspace, conversations, shared links, and account routes are application surfaces rather than public documentation and are intentionally excluded from search indexing.
