# Who can add connectors and which plan you need

Owners and admins add custom connectors, a custom connector needs the Pro plan or higher, and built-in services depend on your plan and on what the team has turned on.

## Custom connectors

- **Personal workspace:** only the owner can add, edit, test or remove a connector.
- **Team workspace:** the owner, and admins who hold a seat in the team, can add and manage connectors. Members and viewers can use the tools of connectors that already exist, but they cannot change them.
- **Plan:** custom connectors need the Pro, Premium or Business plan. On Free or Economy, you cannot add one.

If the plan changes and a connector is no longer allowed, the connector is kept. The assistant just cannot use its tools until the plan allows it again. To change the plan, use Manage workspace.

## Built-in services

- Each person connects their own account. Other people in the workspace cannot use it.
- Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs and Google Calendar are available on every plan, including Free.
- Google Apps Script, Slack and Notion need the Pro plan or higher.
- In a team, a service can be used only after an owner or admin has turned it on for the team. Owners and admins do this on the phone, in the **Integrations** screen, where each service has a switch.

Jira and Confluence are not built-in services. They are available through the **Atlassian** connector in **Popular connectors**, which is a custom connector: it needs the Pro plan or higher, and the owner or an admin adds it.
